1. Who we are

MaerVision is a one-room optometry practice run by Neha Kulkarni at Hulas Basti Garden, Dahanukar Wadi Rd, Kandivali West, Mumbai 400067. Contact: consult@lofocur.com or +91 99203 55166.

2. Data we collect

A slot request gives us your name, mobile number, email address, the visit you chose and, if you write one, a preferred day or time. At a visit we record the notes needed to write your prescription.

3. Purpose

Request details are used to reply to you and to arrange the visit. Visit notes are used to write the prescription and to review it if you return. Neither is used for advertising.

4. Recipients

Neha Kulkarni has access to your details, and only for the purposes above. The company that hosts this site and the email service that delivers requests handle the message on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

5. Other companies

Photographs load from Unsplash and, if you allow it, fonts load from Google. Each can see your IP address when its file loads.

6. Retention

Request details are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your booking and visit. You may ask us to delete them at any time.

7. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask what we hold about you, request correction or erasure, withdraw consent and make a complaint. Write to consult@lofocur.com. If the matter is not resolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Safeguards

Requests are kept in a folder that the web server does not serve to visitors. The form discards input that looks automated and does not keep it. Email to consult@lofocur.com is kept with our replies so that follow-up questions can be answered.

9. Age and changes

The service is for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect data about children. A revised notice replaces this one on this page.
